Sessions are 15 minutes with two neutral color backdrop options. You can take photos on both!

Before we get started I’ll ask if you have any ideas or a vision for your photos (It’s okay if you don’t! That’s what I’m here for) Then I’ll lead you through a few poses I think would suit you best.

I typically recommend solid colors or subtle prints, with the caveat being unless you consider loud colors or patterns are part of your brand or personal style.

More subtle clothing choices make you the person stand out in your photos, rather than letting your outfit be the star. But the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident, since that’s when we see the real you.

Absolutely! Bring your fave book, your laptop, or anything else that speaks to who you are as a writer. I’m always down to incorporate creative or significant items into your story brand.

I will be a guide through your session, but you are in charge. I’ll pose you as little or as much as you’d like. I also will check-in with you throughout your session, showing you how things are looking in case you want to switch things up, or make a change.

People often worry about being awkward in photos, but I promise you, I’ve got your back, and I’ll help you look fire.

After the retreat you will receive a proofing gallery that includes your unedited photos. You get to choose which shots are your fave!

Your package includes 5 headshots, but you also have the option to purchase additional frames for $15 per photo, or $275 for your entire gallery.

Once you’ve selected your images I will edit and provide light retouching. You can download your final high-res images as many times as you’d like :)
